Nevada Sale Opt‑Out: Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell their covered information by emailing support@getopencourt.com. We do not currently sell personal information.

However, no security measures are infallible, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. If a data‑security incident involving personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals—and any required state authorities—without unreasonable delay and, where legally mandated, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. We may also retain and use your information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
